My Background
I offer a judgement free, confidential space for clients to explore themselves and make lasting change to their psycho-emotional lives. I draw on a a range of techniques and therapeutic modalities to best suit the needs of my clients.
I have authored research articles on topics of psychosexual therapy, parenting, and drug and alcohol facilitated sexual abuse. I have special interest in psychosexual issues, the perinatal period, parenting, and all manner of relationships- friendships, professional and romantic relationships.
Prior to my psychology training I studied Fine Art at Central St Martins and I gained a graduate diploma in Fine and Decorative Arts, and a Connoisseurship in Contemporary Art Business at Christies Education. I then worked in PR and Marketing in the Arts and Lifestyle sectors in both New York and London before retraining as a Psychologist.
